The organisation (OceanBlocks) explains that the copyright in all materials, features and functionality on the Site, including strategic concepts, text, infographics, graphics videos, audio recordings, custom software, algorithms, artwork, interfaces, images, logos, icons, and photographs and the selection and arrangement thereof along with any enhancements to or derivative works thereto (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusively owned property of Ocean Blocks or its licensors and is protected by the laws of the state of Victoria in conjunction with international laws.
None of the Content created and displayed shall be copied, replicated, reproduced, republished, distributed, displayed, downloaded, or posted without the prior written consent of OceanBlocks. Furthermore, no transmission in any form or by any means is permitted to occur, which includes photocopying, mechanical or electronic or recording devices or otherwise but not limited to, without the prior written permission of OceanBlocks or the copyright owner/owners in each instance.
You, the user, shall not "mirror" or "frame" or reverse engineer any Content or the Site itself, in whole or part, without OceanBlocks' written consent. Any unauthorised replication or use of the Content displayed may violate copyright laws, infringe on trademark laws, or the laws of privacy. Furthermore, the publicity and/or communications regulations and statutes of the laws of Victoria and international laws may be enforced on users that violate the terms as stated.
OceanBlocks explicitly express that all rights not expressly granted are hereby reserved. You, the user, shall be solely responsible for keeping up to date with the updates to the terms of use of the OceanBlocks Site to ensure that any content, information, or Partner Content obtained from the OceanBlocks' Site, does not contain any malicious virus or computer software code that damages, disrupts, disables, impairs, or erases your systems, software, data, or operations.
