Dhruva Acharya

Dhruva handles CFO, legal and regulatory aspects of the business. He is a serial entrepreneur and advisor to several innovative companies globally. Dhruva has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and a Civil Engineering Degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. He has previously worked in Investment Banking and Private Equity domains and has setup Investment Funds and corporate structures for companies globally.Dhruva lives in the UAE and helps companies enter the GCC region. He is passionate about the environment and had studied Environmental Engineering as a part of his Engineering Degree. His experience with finance and regulations coupled with his training in environment sciences is rare and very beneficial to the company.

The “E” part of ESG needs serious attention and focus. Though regulators have established mandates on the ESG front, companies are not thinking strategically about meeting climate goals. Planned properly, the opportunity can benefit the environment and also be profitable for businesses.
